店主は、中国茶インストラクターとして、台湾の生態茶の生産者と進行を深め、
台湾国内でさえ市場に流通しない、極めて貴重な高品質な茶葉を直接仕入れております。
また、ニュージーランド唯一のお茶ブランドに関しましては、スーパーバイザーとして本社で６年間勤務、コロナ禍の間も、エッセンシャルワーカーとして勤務しておりました。
